4. E-Commerce Data Handling

When we build or migrate your Shopify store, we process your customer data as a data processor under Art. 28 GDPR. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) before accessing any customer data. All customer data is processed within EU/EEA infrastructure. We never retain customer data after project completion.
